HexFile.NativeBackdrop.Windows: component notices

Scope: reviewed attribution and licensing source documents for the native bridge built with Windows SDK10.0.26100.0 and MSVC14.44.35207, Release x64, static /MT. This notice collection is not a determination that every commercial or distribution obligation of the whole application has been satisfied.

C++/WinRT2.0.250303.1
The installed winrt/base.h states this exact version, Microsoft copyright and MIT License. CPPWINRT-2.0.250303.1-LICENSE.txt is the unmodified LICENSE from the same official Microsoft release tag. The copyright and permission text is retained.

Microsoft C++ Standard Library (STL), toolset14.44 / Visual Studio2022 17.14 family
The installed vector/standard-library headers state Copyright(c) Microsoft Corporation and SPDX Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception. Both the complete LICENSE and NOTICE from the official vs-2022-17.14 tag are retained. This identifies the license/notice family; it does not assert that every installed header is byte-identical to that repository tag.

Microsoft Windows SDK10.0.26100.0
The SDK license and third-party notices are copied byte-for-byte from the installed SDK version's Licenses directory. These are license documents only. No SDK headers, import/static libraries, tools, SDK executables or Windows system DLLs are redistributed by this notice folder. Inclusion of the complete notices does not assert that every component named in them is used by Hex File.

MSVC Build Tools and static CRT
The bridge build selects /MT, not /MTd, and records Release mode. Microsoft documents /MT as linking the release CRT directly into the resulting module. The inspected bridge imports Windows system libraries, not a new dynamically redistributed VC runtime, Win2D or Windows App SDK package. No .lib file or standalone compiler/runtime redistributable installer is included here.
The original Microsoft2022 Build Tools license document is preserved. The additional TEXT file contains its paragraph text extracted from word/document.xml for searching; DOCX retains authoritative numbering and layout. A valid applicable Visual Studio/Build Tools license and its redistribution conditions remain the producer's responsibility. Open-source header licenses are not a blanket authorization for all proprietary toolchain components.

The SDK license's Distributable Code terms cover only identified code and conditions. In particular, a redistributable .lib is supplied only as linked program output, not as a raw SDK/library file; distribution requirements/restrictions continue to apply. Merely bundling these notices does not establish that those conditions were met.

The bridge's own source, exact native build provenance and application notices are supplied separately in the source/notices companion. The application LICENSE and other THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES remain in effect. This folder adds attribution/reference material; it does not replace or relax them.
